SCADA Software Screens
Each iQpump® controller is shipped with a PC SCADA package which allows the user to perform such functions as programming, system trending, status readout and monitoring of pump system performance. The software also offers an easy to use pump system setup wizard and a built-in online PI tuner for performance tuning of the pump system. SCADA software can be used to program, startup and diagnose the iQpump® controller.

  • PID Tuner and Signal Monitoring... monitor up to 3 signals, 6 different types of meters to chose from, real-time PI tuning, PI trending, adjustable time-base, and save/load monitor setup.
  • Trend Recorder... can trend up to 6 signals, trend storage, trend analog signals, trend digital inputs, triggering, real-time clock, date-stamp, custom scaling, and playback option.
  • Status and Fault History Panel... shows pump system status, feedback gauge, set-point gauge, digital input and output monitoring, active fault, and fault history.
