Raul Guillen, a graduate of The National Engineering University in Peru and an Electrical Specialist for EMCOR Group Inc., is a big advocate for continuous learning. Raul maintains variable frequency drives that run the HVAC systems at the World Bank Group Headquarters Building in Washington, DC. Having worked at the World Bank facility for 23 years, Raul has seen many different HVAC system technologies and many different drive products. Raul says “It is imperative to understand the new products installed onsite as well as the technology behind them. Without this knowledge, you will not be effective in your position.”
