Yaskawa's SF₆ load break submersible switches are water-tight structures suitable for vault installation (water submersed for one week). The compact size is due to SF₆ rotary-arc technology. Power cable connections are located in the front side of the switch providing front access and space savings. For safety, a grounding switch is connected to all phases to prevent short-circuits. Remote / Local operation can be accomplished with a water-tight, compact Yaskawa controller.
