 AC Drives and Servo Systems are available for the many specialty machines used to process and package food and beverage products. This is one of the most significant of the industries we serve and includes some of our largest customers. Process Control Synchronization: Some producers need to synchronize one or more processes to a master pulse-generated signal to keep the sections perfectly aligned. Traditionally this is accomplished with an external control loop – Yaskawa can accomplish this internal to the drive with application software.
NEMA 4X/12 IP66: Most often, producers tend to locate drives in a central control panel and communicate serially (including Ethernet) or via standard I/O. Other times, however, there is a need to mount the ac drive amidst the grime and other process byproducts. The V74X Drive in a powder-coated NEMA 4X integral enclosure satisfies this need from fractional to 15 Hp. NEMA 4X is an option for most of our products. |
