Yaskawa maintains an extensive inventory of refurbished products. This inventory is part of our exchange/refurbish program that can provide an immediate replacement in case of product failure. In most cases, we can provide exchange replacement inventory to you for next day delivery, thus minimizing your downtime and decreasing your production losses. You do not have to wait for the repair cycle.
To qualify for this program, your defective core unit must be returned within 30 days of receiving your exchange replacement unit and it must be in repairable condition. Unreturned or unrepairable core units will incur an additional charge.
