Before You Call...

Please have as much of the following information available:
  • Complete model and spec number of unit
  • Serial number
  • Failure information (fault and alarm codes, descriptions)
  • Application product is used on
  • Length of time in service
  • Time of occurrence
  • Machine repair history prior to failure

Note: Before a Yaskawa Field Engineer can be dispatched, please verify that you have the following:
  • Active Yaskawa account
  • Purchase order with date service is required
