FAQ: Can cam data be imported into SigmaSelect when using Blend Mode in MotionWorks IEC Cam Editor?

When sizing with SigmaSelect, the cam data from this type of cam is not useful because it does not properly refect the accelerations and decelerations that the mechanism undergoes. Only the running cam is imported into SigmaSelect.
To size this type of application, it is best to simulate the worst-case conditions with a trapezoidal move. Usually the worst case scenario is a single cycle starting and ending at a complete stop.
