The following document compares the various DeviceNet offerings for the following Yaskawa drives: F7, G7, P7, V7, V7N, G5, G5HHP, P5, and V1000. Yaskawa has released many DeviceNet solutions over the last 10 years and there is no easy rule as to which kit to use. This document attempts to summarize what each kit's features are to aid in choosing a kit for a new installation or replacing/adding a kit in the field.

This spreadsheet calculates the analog input Gain & Bias parameters to match the response to about any transducer output within range. This is useful for eliminating the need for inverse PID when using A1000 or V1000 with reverse operating transducers or converting a voltage input to 4-20mA. Note: erminals are always designated as A1, A2, A3 even on G5 and G5HHP.
