Is a braking resistor internally installed?

In some pumping systems the motor speed is normally about 80% of rated motor speed. However, periodic purging of the pumping system requires the pump to go to full speed for a while, then return to normal. How is this done with the V7 Drive?

I am using the MOP function on the 7 series drives and on my deceleration; the drive is following the speed pot instead of the deceleration time. Why is that?
