Many states have issued shelter-in-place orders.  In all of the shelter-in-place rules, there is an exception for “essential services”, Yaskawa America is one of those businesses. We will continue operations as an Essential Supplier throughout the duration of the orders.

Customer Service, Engineering and Technical Support Administrative staff will work remotely, ensuring coverage for new product and repair quote requests, order processing, application and sizing support, accounting, A/R, and A/P.

Manufacturing, Assembly, Repair, Shipping & Field Service: Operations continue with special precautions for our in house employees in assembly, repair, shipping and customer site field service.
