A.F1 (AF1) alarm is an open phase error.
Two potential external causes:
1) One or more of the contactor contacts are sticking and causing one or two phases to stay connected when they should open.
Solution: Replace/Clean contacts (if serviceable), or replace contactor.
2) Another possible cause: A power line filter has been improperly installed between the contactor and the ServoPack. The three phase power line filter discharges unequally and it appears to the ServoPack that there is an open phase.
Solution: Install power line filters properly, prior to the contactors in the electrical circuit. (Reference Section 3.1 in Sigma II User's Manual [YEA-SIA-S800-32.2] for wiring specifications)
