Yes. Please note that MotionWorks now offers two distinct platforms, MPE720 and CPMC-MPE770. Please download the attached .PDF file (MNEN-5CJMJL.pdf) for details including an application chart, release history and further information.
MotionWorks Upgrade Information:
MotionWorks Software Policy allows free upgrades to the same Major version of the software that was originally purchased. (i.e. ver 5.13 - Major version is 5 )
1) Software MUST be registered in order to qualify for an upgrade.
2) Software can be registered by sending an e-mail to register@yaskawa.com. Please include the following:
Name
Mailing Address
Telephone Number
E-mail Address
Software Version Number
Software Serial Number
3) Demo software is not upgradeable.
NOTE: Only version 5.31b and higher is officially XP SP2 Compatible (5.13 will work on XP SP1)
