FAQ: Are there a document that shows the type of digital I/O for legend MC whether they are sinking or sourcing?

All digital I/O for the Legend MC (SMC-3010) are sinking.
For inputs, this means they float high (Logic 1 in software as checked with the "TI" command) until they are pulled to 0 VDC by an external source.
For outputs, this means that they float high when they are off and no current flows (Logic 0 in software when checked with the _OP command). When activated, the output point becomes 0 VDC, causing current flow through the output, which has +24 VDC applied to the other side of the output..
