The Drives & Motion Division of Yaskawa America, Inc. announced today that it has earned the Customer Relationship Management Institute LLC (CRMI) NorthFace ScoreBoard Award (NFSB) for 2020 for achieving excellence in customer service and support. This is the 9th consecutive year Yaskawa has earned this award and the 2nd year for Certification in Employee Customer Relationship Training.
