Yaskawa's Commitment to "Make it Personal" Continues

Yaskawa’s dedication to building meaningful connections remains front and center. This year, we proudly hosted our inaugural HVAC Bridging the Gap (BTG) classes at our Waukegan, IL, Headquarters in June and September. Thank you to all participants! Your presence and feedback were truly appreciated.

Looking ahead to 2026, we’re excited to offer two BTG sessions for HVAC professionals. While dates are still being finalized, we expect them to take place in May and August 2026, which are beautiful times to visit the Midwest. We hope you’ll be able to join us!

What Is Bridging the Gap (BTG)?

BTG is more than a training session. It is an opportunity to connect, learn, and grow. During the event, you will meet the team behind the Yaskawa experience and tour our expanding facilities across North America in Franklin, WI. You will learn how to succeed with Yaskawa through product differentiation, specification review, and software tools such as DriveWizard, VFD Schedule Builder, and Harmonics Analyzer. You will also participate in hands-on product training, explore our manufacturing operations through factory tours, and discover new ways to collaborate on social media.

 What You’ll Take Away

After attending BTG, you’ll leave with meaningful personal connections across our internal teams, including Inside Sales, Tech Support, Warranty, and Marketing. You’ll gain a firsthand understanding of our commitment to quality, highlighted by our practice of testing every drive with a motor. Most importantly, you’ll walk away with the confidence that Yaskawa is equipped to help you succeed.
