DriveWorksEZ^® (DWEZ) is a software tool that allows users to create custom logic and mathematical functions within selected Yaskawa AC drives, at no extra cost. By arranging function block icons in a visual flow chart, users can create application programs. Total drive and machine control are easily accessible with just a few mouse clicks. DriveWorksEZ offers user-friendly program monitoring, making start-up and troubleshooting fast and easy. It provides a "built-in PLC" that enables users to adapt and customize Yaskawa AC drives to their machine requirements in a quick and intuitive manner.

DriveWorksEZ Industrial-Overview

DWEZ functionality is built into the GA800, GA500, GA501, A1000, V1000, and U1000 so there is no need to update their firmware. A simple change of a parameter enables this feature.

There are two versions of DWEZ PC Software for the GA800, GA500, GA501, A1000, V1000, and U1000: Standard and Pro.
