iQpump1000 Configured
Power
The standard configuration (with no options C, D, E, or F selected) provides an input power terminal block, and no branch circuit protection. Any configuration without either option E (Std AIC Circuit Breaker) or option C (High AIC Circuit Breaker) is limited by terminal block or disconnect switch to 10kAIC.
Option | Option Code Letter | Description |
---|---|---|
Circuit Breaker | E | This option provides branch circuit protection by means of a circuit breaker with a flange-mounted operating handle and a minimum Interrupting Capacity of 25kA for 240V, 18kA for 480V, and 14kA for 600V packages. |
Circuit Breaker | C | This option provides branch circuit protection by means of a circuit breaker with a flange-mounted operating handle and an Interrupting Capacity of 65kA and except for 600V packages where the Interrupting Capacity is 50kA for 1 through 150HP, and 25kA for 200 and 250HP. |
Disconnect | D | This option provides a non-fused disconnect with a flange-mounted operating handle. This option provides no Branch Circuit Protection by itself. |
Input Fuses | F | This option provides either Class J or high-speed semi-conductor drive input fuses with a 100kA Interrupting Rating and provides drive branch circuit protection. |
Line Reactor | R | No form of input impedance is normally required for the iQpump 1000 Configured. A 3% line reactor is available if additional impedance is desired, usually to reduce the effects of line-side transients and input current THD. |
DC Bus Reactor | X | Large HP drives include 3% bus impedance. A 3% bus reactor is available for small HP drives (see table) if additional impedance is desired, usually to reduce the effects of line-side transients and input current THD. |
Load Reactor | H | No form of output impedance is normally required for the iQpump 1000 Configured. A 3% load reactor is available if additional output impedance is desired, usually for long lead-lengths or noise reduction. |
Cap Filter | N | The standard configuration does not include a filter. The cap filter is a delta-wye capacitive network, used to help attentuate electrical noise. |
